I had a really bad time with Oasis China Visa this go-around.

Right now, I'm overseas and can't send mail back home in the US. I reached out to Oasis for help with getting a notarized criminal background check from my local government office, but they told me it was 'not possible.'

So, I decided to call the local government office myself and asked if a third party could request a notarized criminal background check for any resident of PA. They confirmed, 'Yes, of course, you can.'

I took that info (even recorded it) back to Oasis and told them it was totally fine for them to assist me with this.

But once again, they turned me down, saying a specific employee was out of the office that day and wouldn’t be back until later next week. They couldn’t even mail a form to the PA government office.

I'm really let down by how they managed this situation. I won’t be using their services again, nor will I recommend them to my friends.
